Most taxis are licensed to carry 4 or 5 passengers, therefore small groups can share the taxi fare which could cost less than individual trips by other forms of public transport.

Hiring a Taxi

Taxis can be hired off the street, designated taxi ranks or by phone. Hiring a taxi from the airport, an additional $2.00 is charged over the fair against airport parking. Passengers can ask for parking receipt from the cab driver for the proof of parking expense incurred by driver.
